He has consulted to Boards and Senior Executive management, advising on corporate transactions and business improvement projects in the industrial, financial services, and technology sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from Monash University and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Distinction Award.

As one of Australia’s most experienced modellers, he has over 25 years’ financial modelling experience across several consultancies including Deloitte, PwC and Modano. Our clients value his exceptional technical knowledge, commitment to quality, and highly personable approach.

Tim’s extensive business expertise covers a wide range of sectors including banking and finance, financial services, energy, utilities, government and manufacturing. He has constructed models for many well know organisations including JB Hi-Fi, Grill’d, Lion Nathan and NAB. While at Deloitte, Tim was National Director of their Business Modelling Group in Australia.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Melbourne.

He has supported clients on complex projects involving valuation, forecasting, and investment management. His industry exposure spans superannuation, life insurance, property, agriculture, utilities, and recycling and sustainability.  Jack is known for his technical proficiency, lateral thinking, and strong client engagement.

Before joining Parity, Jack worked at Mercedes-Benz Australia Pacific, where he contributed to reporting and led process automation within the finance team.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Monash University.

At Parity, he has led and contributed to a diverse range of projects spanning investment operations, sports analytics, capital raising, and operational strategy. Samuel’s work is distinguished by precision, clarity, and a strong understanding of client needs—often translating complex requirements into elegant, scalable models.

Before joining Parity, Samuel was a Risk Assurance consultant at PwC Melbourne, where he helped clients assess business processes and optimise internal controls to reduce risk.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (Honours) from Monash University.

He began his career with AIA before moving into consulting roles with both Mercer and Deloitte across Australia and Japan. 

Rob is the secretary of the Actuaries Institute’s Data Analytics Working Group and is on Insurtech Australia’s leadership team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

At Parity, he combines strong analytical and technical capabilities to deliver innovative solutions to complex client challenges across a range of industries.

Prior to joining Parity, Ryan’s experience includes finite element analysis for mining engineering structures, predictive algorithmic modelling, and mobile application development.

He holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts (French Language) from Monash University.

His clients range from established entities, including some of Australia’s largest superannuation funds, through to emerging businesses bringing new solutions to the industry.

Stephen has nearly 30 years experience in Superannuation, Wealth Management, and Life Insurance.

Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia, holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Monash University where he majored in Pure Mathematics, and a Diploma of Education (Monash).

Stephen is active on social media, a frequent contributor to publications, and a regular speaker and facilitator at industry events.

He is currently a Director of a number of companies in the areas of medical software, clinical trials, IT services and 3D design.

Garry was an early employee of Carsales.  As CFO and Company secretary, he was responsible for all financial management, reporting and control, as well as systems development.  Post IPO (and after a brief break), he returned to Carsales to head up the sales function for their Redbook business in Australia, where he was instrumental in growing their revenue and key accounts over a 5-year period.

Garry holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, a Diploma in Business Administration from Monash University, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from Chartered Secretaries of Australia.
